Day 2: Full day Beijing TCM tour
Early morning you are picked up from your hotel in the downtown Beijing and transferred to Guang'anmen Hospital of TCM, Beijing ( affiliated to China Academy of Chinese Medicine Science).
Your English speaking doctor will meet you at the hospital gate at 9:00am and you are ushered to a special classroom for TCM learning. 

Day 3: Beijing City Tour
Half day morning excursion to the Mutianyu Great Wall (2 hours hiking), the most beautiful section of the all 5 sections of the Great Wall in Beijing. The hike takes about 2 hours. The Mutianyu Great Wall is less crowded than Badaling Great Wall with picturesque views. Mutianyu Great Wall once worked as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. It is a green section of the great wall in Beijing with vegetation, green trees covering 90 per cent of the section. Head back to the downtown Beijing. 
After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven (2 hours sightseeing), the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshiped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest.  It is located in the southern part of Beijing, and had been one of the most holy places for the whole country for more than five centuries.

Day 4: Beijing-Zhangjiajie by flight
After breakfast at your hotel, start your tour with the visit to Tiananmen Square ( 40 minutes sightseeing ), the largest public square in the world. Located in the heart of Beijing City, it is the site for massive parades and rallies, which is the largest square of this kind in the world. This was the site when in 1949, from a rostrum on Tiananmen (the Gate of Heavenly Peace), Chairman Mao proclaimed the establishment of the People's Republic of China.
The move on to Forbidden City ( 2 hours visit ), the Chinese imperial palace from the mid-Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. For almost 500 years, it served as the seat- bed of the Emperors in Ming and Qing Dynasties as well as the ceremonial and political centre of Chinese government.
After lunch, head to the Shichahai Area ( 2.5 hours sightseeing ) - the old part of Beijing and visit a century-old courtyard and learn about its history, layout, Fengshui, and its traditional Chinese culture involved. Then take a pedicab and drive through the zigzag and narrow alleys or hutongs. Two people share one rickshaw. Drop off the pedicab at the Silver Ingot Bridge( Yinding Bridge ) and walk along the 800-year old Yandai Xiejie ( Tobacco Pipe Lean Street ), and get to the Drum Tower. 
Transfer to airport take flight from Beijing to Zhangjiajie. 
Upon arrival in Zhangjiajie,you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Zhangjiajie.

Day 5: Zhangjiajie 
After breakfast at hotel, start your tour with visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Tianzi Mountain: one of the four scenic zones in Wulingyuan Scenic Area. The landscape in Tianzi Mountain is natural and primeval. Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve lies on the highest point of "Golden Triangle", its highest point being 1262.5m (Kunlun peak) and lowest point being 534m (Shilan valley). 
Yuanjiajie Nature Reserve: a naturally formed platform mountain, surrounded by higher summits which are divided by deep valleys. Added to this scene is an array of amazing lesser peaks and grotesque rocks.
The Golden Whip Stream: one of the most attractive travel spot in Zhangjiajie which flows between steep grotesque peaks and luxuriant trees. With a length of 7.5 kilometers, Golden Whip Stream is famous for its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley. 
Zhangjiajie Ten-mile Natural Gallery: situated in to the northwest of Suoxigu Natural Reserve, and at the foot of Tianzi Mountain. This natural Chinese painting is about 5.8 kilometers in length.
After dinner, you will have an experience of Chinese Foot Massage ( 60 minutes)

Day 6: Zhangjiajie
After breakfast at hotel, start your tour with visit to Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge and Baofeng Lake
Baofeng Lake: a fairy-land lake situated in beautiful mountains. You will visit there by boat for 1.5 hours visiting. 
Zhangjiajie Galss Bridge: a newly opened to public in 2016. The Glass Bridge is located in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. With over 430 meters long, it is the longest glass bridge in the world, and it has absorbed more and more tourist from domestic and other countries.
After visiting, transfer to Jiangya Town and check in Jiangya Hot Spring Hotel & Resorts
You will have an experience of  Spa at Jiangya Hot Spring.

Day 7: Zhangjiajie- Departure
After breakfast, drive to the city of Zhangjiajie, take the world's longest cable car to to the summit of Tian Men Moutain, which allows you to acquire a breathtaking overview of Zhangjiajie.  After visiting, you are transferred back to Zhangjiajie airport,  take flight for your next city.
