Wuyishan North Railway Station is the closest bullet train station to Mount Wuyi, and thus the most recommended option. It is about 8.5 miles (14 km) from the North Entrance of Mount Wuyi and 13.5 miles (22 km) from the South Entrance.

The ticket office is in the south side of the station building; passengers can collect online booked tickets or purchase ticket there by using their ID document like passport. Entrance is in the middle of the building through which passengers can enter the waiting area for boarding.

After arrival, passengers can follow the direction signs to access the underground passage to reach the exit, which is located in the north side of the building.

City buses available here include No. 7, 8, 9, 12 and 15. Taxis are also convenient for transfer.
