Day 1: Kunming Arrival 
Welcome to Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan province, is dubbed as "the city of Eternal Spring" due to its warm weather with an average of 20 degrees for the whole year. Our tour guide and chauffeur will escort you to your hotel in Kunming downtown. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure. If time is enough, ask your guide for some advices about Kunming city visiting and local featured food and restaurants.

Day 2: Kunming - Stone Forest - Kunming
After breakfast, we will head to visit the Stone Forest which is known as "the first wonder of the world". Marvel at its natural stone masterpieces and be bewitched by the stone peaks, pillars and stalagmites rising abruptly from the ground and extending as far as the eye can see. 

After the tour in the afternoon, return back to Kunming city. En route, we will stop by the Golden Temple Park, a large Taoist temple in Yunnan, located on the Mingfeng Mountains, 7KM to the east of Kunming city. There is a fine building made of bronze, commonly known as Jindian (the "Golden Temple"). 
After the tour, be accompanied to your hotel in Kunming.

Day 3: Kunming - Dongchuan - Red Land (265km) 
After breakfast at your hotel, we will drive to Dongchuan District of Kunming City. Upon arrival, check in your hotel in the downtown, and then drive about 50km to visit Dongchuan Red Land/ Soil. In the afternoon, visit Luoxiagou Valley and enjoy the sunset view of Dongchuan Red Land with local villages and farmland. 

Luoxiagou or Luoxia Valley at Dongchuan Red Land near Kunming is considered to be one of the most magnificent red lands in the world. It is the most massive red land with typical features of Yunnan plateau. Then be transferred back to your hotel in downtown.
Drive about 165km from Kunming to Dongchuan, 50km to Red Land

Day 4:  Dongchuan Red Land, Dongchuan - Kunming (265km)
Try to get up early in the morning, and drive 50km to the Red Land and enjoy the sunrise of the red land. Look around, you will see mountains, rivers and wilderness, which present a dull red, purple, brick red of different red colors; a layer of green, a layer of white, a layer of red, and a layer of gold; bright blocks of color thick was spread to the horizon.

And all of them form a picturesque colorful pattern. It is loved by photographers and backpackers, and praised as “God's palette”. Have a great time here! After lunch, drive back to Kunming.

Day 5: Kunming Departure
Today is free for you to explore this Spring City, until our tour guide escort you to airport/ train for your next destination.
