Tianzi Mountain is one of the best places in Zhangjiajie to shoot sunrise. The Sun Rising  is one of the four wonders of Tianzi Mountain. The place where the sun comes out changes throughout the year, and so does Zhangjiajie. The place where the sun comes out varies in different seasons.

Compared to the sunrise shooting point of Tianzi Mountain, there are fives shooting places to shoot sun-rising around the scenic area, such as the Upper Station of Tianzi Mountain Cable Car, Tianzi Pavilion, Five Pines, The Grand-View Platform, and The Sky Countryside.

Grand-View Platform ( Daguantai)  is one of the few best shooting spots in Zhangjiajie to shoot sunrises. In the Sky Countryside, you can only shoot sun-rising in winter.

If there is the sea of clouds, photographers can choose the place where the sunrise is shot first on the Upper  Cable Car Station of Tianzi Mountain, because this is the place where the sea of clouds is most likely to occur.
