With over 20 years history, Qindama Restaurant or Aunt Qin's restaurant 秦大妈餐厅（Qín dà mā cān tīng）, is one of the most famous restaurants to offer local Tujia dishes and food in Zhangjiajie City. The dining environment of the restaurant is very special. In addition to the Tujia Sanxiaguo Hot Pot and the dried pork radish, all of other dishes are taken by a bowl of Tujia specialties. The restaurant offers local Zhangjiajie Tujia dishes such as Baked pig hand, aunt secret cake, aunt slag, medicated platter, mother fried meat, etc.
