Shanxi superior mature vinegar
Shanxi superior mature vinegar is famous for its five characteristics of color, aroma, alcohol, concentration and acid. As a traditional local famous product in Shanxi Province, Shanxi superior mature vinegar is one of the four famous vinegars in China.
Shanxi superior mature vinegar is made of high-quality sorghum, barley, peas and other grains that are steamed, leavened, smoked, doused and dried. It is one of the four famous vinegars in China, with a history of more than 3,000 years, known as “the best vinegar in the world”. Shanxi superior mature vinegar is red sauce color with the flavor of smooth, acid, sweet and fresh. Shanxi superior mature vinegar is rich in amino acids, organic acids, sugars, vitamins and salts. Qingxu superior mature vinegar won the first prize of high-quality goods, and has been famous at home and abroad ever since. On August 7, 2011, Shanxi authorities assured that local superior mature vinegar is safe and reliable to consume. On August 10, 2011, the quality standard of Shanxi superior mature vinegar products formulated by Shanxi Vinegar Industry Association passed the national standard review and was officially promulgated before the end of the year. According to the new quality standard of Shanxi superior mature vinegar officially implemented on October 1, 2014, Shanxi superior mature vinegar does not need to be labeled with expiration date, and only the acidity of 6 degrees can be regarded as authentic superior mature vinegar.
