Jiuli Lake Scenic Area
Jiuli Lake Scenic Area is located in
Xianyou County, Putian City, Fujian Province. It consists of four scenic spots: Jiuli Lake, Dongfengzhai Village, Maixieyan, and Zhuoquan Rock. It covers an area of 50 square kilometers and is 31 kilometers away from
Xianyou County.
Jiuli Lake, Wuyi Mountain and Yuhua Cave are collectively known as the "Three Wonders of Fujian".
Here, a few kilometers long glacial canyon composed of peculiar ancient ice cellars, ice caves, ice caves, and glacial lakes is a collection of southern glacier relics and is of great archaeological value.
Jiuli Lake is a famous lake in history and culture. For thousands of years, it has been admired by the government and the people. The Maixieyan Scenic Spot, 10 kilometers away from the Jiuli Lake Scenic Area, has the reputation of "better than Wuyi". It is mainly characterized by the dangers of the peaks, the quiet caves, the strange rocks, and the fog, especially the sunrise from the top of the peak. Buddha's light, tribute tea, and sacred relics are famous all over China.
