How to brew?
1. The ratio of tea to water is usually 1:50 to 1:60, so that the brewed tea soup is moderately light and tastes fresh. Water is too light, tea is bitter.

2. Pour mineral water or pure water with a water temperature of about 90 ° C into the cup along the wall of the cup, about a quarter.

3. Pick up the cup and shake gently to allow the tea leaves to fully infiltrate and stretch in the water, so that the aroma of the tea leaves can be fully exerted, and the contents of the tea leaves can be fully dissolved into the tea soup. At this time, you can take the opportunity to smell the fragrance, this is the best time to smell the tea.
