Hunan Provincial Museum, located in Kaifu District of Chansgha City, is rich in cultural relics, especially the Mawangdui Han Tombs.
The Mawangdui Han Tomb Exhibition is the basic display of the Hunan Provincial Museum. In the exhibition hall, there are thin and velvety plain yarns, intact printed cotton robes, various fine and beautiful embroidery, bright and colorful lacquer wares, exquisite and meticulously painted enamel paintings, richly-written essays, and elaborate carvings. More than 3,000 pieces of precious cultural relics were unearthed from the three tombs of Mawangdui, and most of them were well preserved. There is a plain yarn, thin as a flap, 1.28 meters long, long sleeves, weighs only 49 grams, and the weaving skills are very high. The tomb of the No. 3 tomb has unearthed more than 100,000 words of essays and essays that have been lost outside. The topographic map drawing technique unearthed from the No. 2 Han Tomb is roughly similar to the modern map, and the evaluation is extremely high.
