Long Mu Temple, known as " Dragon Mother Temple", is located on the east bank of the Guijiang River in the north of Wuzhou City. It is built to commemorate the Dragon Mother.
Dragon Mother Culture is one of the more unique local cultures, similar to the "Matsu Culture" in Fujian and Taiwan. There are many pilgrims who come to the Temple of Dragon Mother on weekdays, and each year on the eighth and August 15th of the lunar calendar, it is said that it is the birthday of the dragon mother and the day of rising fairy.
Standing at the foot of the mountain, you can see the golden statue of the dragon mother from afar, majestic and spectacular. Going up the mountain all the way, you can see clay sculptures, murals, temple buildings and so on. The mountain is not high, the 38-meter-high icon of the Dragon Mother is located on the top of the mountain, which is also an excellent location to overlook the scenery of Wuzhou City.
